Version 1.3.0 for MAX is a major software release and introduce some exciting new features to MAX and the Sailmon App. All improvements are based on customer requests.
Wind
Visualise wind over a 3-minute window in a wind plot*. This new feature is ideal for coaches and sailors who want to see wind trends. Next to that, the augmented wind is enabled as well, so users can have wind from coaches** or other close wind sources. Don’t want to receive live wind? Just disable this function by setting the wind manually.

Header/Lift
Tack on headers and stay on lifts. With this new functionality, you can stay ahead of your competitors from start to finish. Set-up your up-and downwind target angles and see how many degrees you are headed or lifted from the startline wind direction***. Optionally: set the direction of the top mark to calculate header/lift with that. If you are not entirely sure about your target angles, you can select the course angle as a variable.
4 data fields
Data junkies, heads up! MAX can now show 4 variables at the same time. Use the current page builder to configure the display the way you want and show all data in a clear visible way.
App updates

• You can now have a port number above 9999 for NMEA input
