SAILMON is hiring!
In March 2014, three time Olympic sailor, Kalle Coster and serial entrepreneur Peter Houtzagers set out to revolutionize the sailing community. Both Kalle and Peter are convinced that most of the sailing technology used today is outdated.
SAILMON’s mission is to improve sailing software & instruments by developing and producing tools that are cutting-edge, super user-friendly and to be used on every sensor, every device, by everyone, and everywhere. They did just that. SAILMON has been growing ever since.
To accelerate this growth, focus for 2017 is on building further a strong team by recruiting extraordinary talent in the field of marketing, sales (support), communication, customer support, office management, supply chain and IT.

What differentiates SAILMON is our ability to innovate. We have a continuous desire to get better and better at things that matter. Our shared passion for sailing & technology drives our innovative power. This, we are proud to say, has already resulted in a significant technology lead in only 2 years’ time. The launch of our new processor, SAILMON’s Model E4, earlier this year, was very well received. Model E4 got us nominated for the DAME AWARDS (Design Award Marine Equipment).
In March 2017 we’ll move to our new office at the entrance of Scheveningen Harbour. Beautiful views over the sea. Kiting, sailing, swimming, even a fitness centre, all at our doorstep. Showers in the office, should you want to come by bike. Or have an afternoon run for inspiration. At SAILMON, we strongly believe in a good & healthy balance between work, fun, sports and family; all count in getting the best out of everyone.
