Would you like to view data from PLC systems, such as engine or hydraulic data, on your Element displays? The Modbus TCP/IP protocol makes this possible. The recent addition of the Modbus interface to the E4 processor enables the ability to receive and send data over the Modbus protocol as both a client and a server to the relevant PLC systems on board.
Additionally, with the integration of alarm data, you will be promptly notified, for example, when the engine reaches a high temperature or when loads are too high. Furthermore, by utilizing the advanced Page Builder, you can personalize your (PLC) data screens down to the smallest details. Customize the coloring, presets, and backgrounds to your taste. We even replicate the layouts of AMCS systems.
The Modbus interface was already a proven feature of our E4 Black processor and is now accessible for all processors. Are you interested in this feature for your Sailmon system? Or would you like to learn more about our processors, displays, or apps? Contact our team!
