SW105 Kiboko takes second place during first regatta

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1560948980767{margin-bottom: -3px !important;}”]Source: Souther Wind Yachts[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The by Sailmon equipped new SW105 Kiboko finished second during the XIV Southern Wind Rendezvous and Trophy, raced within the Loro Piana Superyacht Regatta and hosted by the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda. It was the first regatta for the new high-performance cruiser of Southern Wind. Juan Ignacio Entrecanales, Southern Wind shareholder and Kiboko’s owner was more than happy with the second place: ‘’The boat is sailing well is very fast. We had a lot of fun.’’

SW105 Kiboko
SW105 is a high-performance cruiser with exceptional sea keeping characteristics that provides all comforts of a modern Superyacht, while also excelling on coastal or transatlantic race courses. The aim of the yacht designers when conceiving this project was to incorporate a modicum of race boat features into a cruiser/racer while keeping a beautiful aesthetic and a high level of comfort.
