Third place for Van Uden during The Hague Offshore

The Rotterdam Offshore Sailing Team & Ker 46 Van Uden – equipped with Sailmon instruments – achieved a good third place during The Hague Offshore Sailing Worlds. Although the numbers one and two were known early, the battle for spot three was exciting until the end. Eventually the team of coach Gert Jan Poortman decided the game in their favor.

The Rotterdam Offshore Sailing Team & Ker 46 Van Uden consists of a group of motivated and talented dingy sailors. Only a year and a half ago they started under the guidance of Volvo Ocean Race veteran Poortman. Now, a season later, the team is already making more prizes. And the third place is certainly not the last price, given the reaction of the team after the race: ”Big thanks to all our sponsors who made this possible!
